Job Description:
Pave N Save NYC is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals to work on a variety of paving, asphalt, and concrete projects for both residential and commercial clients. The position will involve the installation and repair of asphalt pavements, concrete work for driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, as well as masonry services such as retaining walls and brick structures. You will be a key part of delivering high-quality work that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in the paving and road construction industry – required.
- Strong background in concrete and asphalt work – preferred.
- Familiarity with construction and paving equipment.
- Ability to perform physical work and handle manual labor outdoors.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with other team members.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time and work independently.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience with commercial and residential projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of paving, asphalt, concrete, and masonry tasks, including installation and repairs.
- Operate machinery and equipment required for project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation of surfaces, applying sealers, and ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines.
